The current owners are relocating and liquidating most of their possessions. As you know the curious car likes homes with a unique appeal. In this case this home housed a florist so expect to find many mature plants in the home. Additionally expect to find many traditional items including:
a formal sitting room set, a living room set, a dining room set, a china cabinet, high top metal chairs, a Kohler grand piano, a Howard Miller grandfather clock in perfect condition, a huge 22' by 9' Oriental Rug, a florsit work table along with plant vases and pots, single trundle bed, art work, tools, including a small contractor's Delta table saw and Delta chop saw, and seasoned firewood.

This multi-generational home is on the National Registry of Historic Places . Its contents have been moved to the front (white - wrapped) barn and shed both of which are facing the entry driveway for this sale.
The estate sale and buyers are restricted to these two areas
. The family asks that you respect their wishes for privacy so
roaming around the property will not be permitted
.The upper barn's horse stalls are filled with early architectural beams, windows (with and without glass), wooden ladders, doors etc. Also, utilitarian tools, hardware, and equestrian items as well as many " primitive " items can be found in this barn including many wooden boxes of all sizes and trunks). The bottom floor of the same barn houses the Mid Century Modern furnishings piano and period clothing . Both floors have mixed media pieces of unique art . The barn looks huge from the outside , but we are keeping entry to 10 people at a time because its height is
NOT
