On very short notice Curious Cat Estate Sales recently ran an estate sale for us. The sale was a large one with many items to ticket and display. Ruthanne and her team did a phenomenal job in their preparation for what turned into an event with over 700 buyers attending.

We had to liquidate the contents of 2 homes. A summer home in Maine and our primary home in Reading Ma. After interviewing Estate Sale companies in Maine the top company in the area recommended that we look at Curious Cat in the area of our primary home. We had an immense amount of property to liquidate so finding the correct company was crucial. Ruthanne and her staff (especially Rose and Robert) designed a unique plan which spanned several weeks with some sales by appointment and some traditional sales, all of which were held according to Covid rules. While the moves were very emotional my son and I realized after it was all over we could not have had a better company care for our needs. I met Ruthanne and Robert yesterday at an Estate Sale they were hosting in North Reading. This was an incredible sale! There was an entire woodworker’s workshop for sale—well cared for machinery and all the bells and whistles. (kudos to the owner Leo M.). This collection was epic with many high-end machines. A friend and I were looking to acquire machinery to build a business of our own. The pricing was fair and we bundled many items and found the negotiating process very friendly and a lot of fun. We spent the entire day there and managed to come away with a high value collection for a fair price. The folks running this sale knew a lot about the value and function of all the items which allowed us to be more informed. They helped to dismantle some of the machines and even helped move them out. The friendly banter made the day an absolute treat. I would strongly recommend Curious Cat Estate Sales. In fact, they are a class act in every way. Hope to run into you guy again.
